At The Car People, we aim to make buying your car an enjoyable and memorable experience. And with over 50% of our sales coming from repeat customers and recommendations, the hard work we put into this makes our customers happy.

When we started our business, we set out a principle to be different. The list of changes we made are endless, but they include:

Recruiting sales advisors for their naturally friendly, helpful and honest approach.What’s more, ensuring they give good advice through ongoing training and by not paying them low wages and high commissions.
Giving instant and upfront part-exchange prices, allowing as many test drives as customers want; and always letting customers choose the order they’d like to do things – rejecting the industry norm of forcing them into a ‘sales process’
And, in setting up each of our three branches, we set them out to ensure you could easily view & compare suitable cars and find ample space for parking. It’s the details that matter!
